  • Water (2 tsp)

Instructions

    Step 1
  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.

  3. Melt the Chocolate: In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate. Microwave on HIGH, stirring every 30 seconds, for 2 to 3 minutes or until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet,

  5. Add the Pretzels: Press the Snips Knots Pretzels into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are partially submerged for maximum flavor.

  7. Melt the Caramels: In another small microwave-safe bowl, combine the unwrapped caramels and 2 tsp of water. Microwave on HIGH, stirring every 30 seconds, for 1 to 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and runny.

  9. Drizzle with Caramel: Drizzle the melted caramel over the pretzels and chocolate, creating a delicious topping.

  11. Chill to Set: Refrigerate the baking sheet for 1 hour or freeze for 10 to 15 minutes until the chocolate and caramel are set and firm.
